Board Update - Winter 2020 - COMMON AREAS & GREEN SPACES

The Planning Department has encouraged us to move forward with transferring the open or "green" spaces within in the subdivision from Blue Hills to the Association. Blue Hills is ready to do the transfer as well. We still need to finalize stamp tax and other issues; however, once the transfer is completed, the Association plans to propose improvements to certain open space areas to create parkland features for use and enjoyment by residents and the public. Planning urged us to consider creating parking areas at one or more of the open facilities. Once the transfer is completed we will bring a proposal for improvements to the Association for its consideration.
