Board Update - Winter 2022 - SUBDIVISION ENTRANCE SECURITY FACILITY

In December, we heard that the Survey Department approved the mutation of the 25 foot strip adjacent to Long Bay Highway at the choke point, so Blue Hills Limited (the trustee holding the land for the Association and also the original developer of the subdivision) can now transfer it to the Association. Our application for the transfer of this section will be submitted to the Land Registrar shortly so we should soon have ownership of the land necessary for expansion of the road to accommodate the security station. We have reengaged with the architects and builders we'd been working with on the project. Keep an eye on the Association website as we will be posting the early concept drawings of the station.
