Subdivision Entrance Security Facility

With new development and activity come new concerns for the Long Bay Hills community, and topping the list is the safety and security of its residents and guests. The Board is working closely with the Planning and Police Departments to develop a proposal for a security facility to be constructed at the entrance to the subdivision in the vicinity of the first speed bump. Excellent progress is being made and the Board will soon be seeking comments from the community, so please monitor this page for a link to the proposal.

Road Improvements

There is currently an initiative underway to pave the remainder of the Long Bay Beach Road from the Triton House east to the Lignum Vitae pavement. If you wish to support this project, please consider donating by clicking the link below.

Green Space Improvement

There are multiple green spaces designated throughout the Long Bay Hills subdivision which have not been optimized for the use and enjoyment of residents as originally intended. The Board has recently undertaken the task of acquiring ownership of the green spaces, after which it will need to assess their utility and develop proposals for improvements and/or amenities. This process will require input from members as to needs, wants and wishes for these areas. Please stay tuned for updates as this project takes flight.
