PROPERTY MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Greetings, fellow LBH Residents & Owners.  My name is Geoff Vail and I own property on Ponciana Lane West.  I, together with my partner, John Galleymore, operate a local company called Integrity Engineering Group which is focused on providing quality preventative maintenance services to TCI property owners. Whether your property is a second home, vacation rental or a place you typically visit a few times per year, it needs to be checked on, more so when it’s vacant, and this is where we can help with a routine walkthrough covering a detailed checklist of items.

In these uncertain times, it is unclear how long travel restrictions could be in place for TCI.  We are therefore temporarily offering a streamlined version of our typical preventive maintenance service for free, with absolutely no commitment or obligation, so that you can rest assured that someone is keeping tabs on your property if you are unable to do so yourself.
